To begin downloading the 2009 Trends Report (PDF file), please click on the report cover with the right-hand mouse button. Clicking the left-hand mouse button will allow you to view, but not save the report. Choose “Save Target As” if using a Microsoft browser. Or, if using a Netscape browser, choose the “Save Link As” option. Note: If you choose to print information from the PDF file, please do so in color as the graphs and keys are in color for clarity of interpretation.
Adobe Acrobat is needed to view a file in PDF format and the Reader is available as a free download from Adobe: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
